Step aerobics was innovated by Gin Miller around 1989. After knee injury, Gin consulted with an orthopedic doctor, who recommended she strengthen the muscles by stepping up and down onto a milk crate and from this she created her own step regimen. Step is designed to be a safe and effective way to exercise the heart and lungs, strengthen and tone the whole body, especially the thighs, butt, calves without the jarring that jogging or high impact aerobics can cause. Most importantly Step has stood the test of time and is still a fun, motivating and popular class. Step is for all fitness levels because to can keep it at a steady pace or take on the more dynamic movement alternatives. Cage Fitness™
Welcome To One Of The Hottest Programs Going Around!!! Designed to cater to people of all fitness levels, Cage Fitness is a complete fitness system based on the structure of a championship Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) bout. Our Cage Fitness sessions will give you a total body workout in just 30 minutes. Cage Fitness focuses on the elements of endurance, strength, power, and core. This is accomplished through 5 x 5 minute rounds. The rounds are broken up into the following categories: Warm Up, Upper Body, Lower Body, Combo Round, Cool Down/Core. What Is Cage Fitness? Cage fitness is a complete fitness system that is based on the structure of a championship Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) bout. The best part about Cage Fitness is that it is designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness. An individual can customize their workout by adjusting their intensity level to best suit their personal fitness goals. Each 5 minute round includes both aerobic and anaerobic exercises that will help maximize not only burning fat but also gaining muscle. Low Impact
New Body is a moderate intensity workout performed with or without light hand held weights. Working out at lower intensity enables constant body movement for the full length of the class and promotes correct technique. But don’t be fooled with this class, the constant rhythmical exercise that you perform will make you sweat like you did not think possible. Expect a highly efficient exercise workout to the sounds of some familiar and motivating music. (no head banging music in this class!)


YOGA is perfect for participants of all ages and abilities and is great for improving strength, posture and increasing flexibility.
